Born and Raised in El paso TX (Now based in Los Angeles) Sam Butler is one of the hardest working comedians in the business. Before pursuing a career in comedy, Sam had many and varied careers. His father insisted on him getting an education in Steel Work. Which in turn led to him becoming a certified welder and eventually teaching it (Welding) at the high school level. His aptitudes in the construction industry led to him owning a steel fabrication, general contracting and real estate business(es). That and in addition to growing up on the US /Mexico Border has given him a unique perspective on border life. His brand of comedy is a bit Mischievous and light hearted. He talks about growing up in a multicultural family as well as marriage, divorce, parenthood, and his never ending struggle with weight loss.
A regular cast member on the Refried Comedy Tour. He has toured Nationally and Internationally . He performs in both English and Spanish. His Tv performances include: "Sigue La Risa" (Now on Netflix, all Spanish language with English subtitles)
